Hi All,

  I want to send the xml file to my client through e-mail. So I have defined the TN processingRule and in Action I used Alert-email action. And I have specified all the credential in it. 

The email body has URL link as [url]http://MTGV:5555/invoke/wm.tn.doc/view?docId=%value[/url] bizdoc/InternalID%

The TN is sending the mails to client successfully but when user clicks the link it’s giving the following errors. Can anybody tell me cause?

This is what I do to send a reference to a user for the bizdoc. I have to admint now, this looks ugly to push the whole bizdoc. You may want to call separate service that interally works on the pull back with doc:view and put it into a more user friendly format. I use:

http://server/invoke/wm.tn.doc/view?internalId=%value bizdoc/InternalID%&getContent=true

I think the problem is you use internalID docID instead of internalID. I also noticed you did not set for getting the actual content. Good day.

     I have one more query if I want to see the transactional data like sender, receiver and documents in the TN database, in which table I have to search? Please advice.

Hello,

I do not understand what you want. The sender and receiver IDs are in the bizdoc using bizdoc/SenderID and bizdoc/ReceiverID. If you want to format a prettier email message, that is why I suggested pointing to a separate service that would call doc:view interally. You can use standard TN services like wm.tn.profile:getProfileSummary for pulling back profile information, and formatting the payload content of the bizdoc. Good day.
