Centrasite 3.1 Installation Problem

Hi,
I am not sure if it is the correct forum index but I could not find a CentraSite related forum.

Our problem is the installation of CentraSite 3.1 after uninstalling CentraSite 2.2. Even after cleaning the Windows XP registry we are having the below problems:

When starting the installation, it gives 4 times the below error:

Then after"Common Java Package" is sucessfully installed, the “Common tomcat” installation starts but it gives the below error output and cancels the installation:

just as a quick response… are you using a user with admin rights for the installation?

Yes we are using a user with admin rigths.
In fact we have installed CentraSite 3.1, but it did not work properly with Service Orchestrator. Therefore we uninstalled all SOftware AG products and tried to reinstall CEntraSite 3.1 and other products.
At that point CEntraSite 3.1 gave the problems that I have mentioned in the previous message.

hi Efe,

Please try to install the System Management Hub (ARG) ‘manually’ first, then continue with the CentraSite installation (INM) and after that Service Orchestrator.
If this fails, please report this issue to ServLine24.
