Caqnnot open IS Admin page

I am able to start the server and able to connect to developer.But trying to access IS Admin i am getting the error like page can’t be displayed hence i am unable open the page.
Can anybody help on this?

Please check the “Default” package loaded OR not, in the case that the package is disabled or deleted you might face this issue.

did u try acessing through wmRoot?
http://:5555/WmRoot/
