can't login with ldap user on IS

Hi,
after installing IS and MWS (with ldap integration) i have a problem when trying to log in to IS with a LDAP-User:

2018-09-12 11:35:04 CEST 	Invalid Access to the Integration Server. Access denied for user av on port 8443 -> 'WmRoot/index.dsp' from 10.32.10.2 	esbprod.xxx:5550 	10.32.10.2 	OV/av 	AUTHENTICATION
2018-09-12 11:35:04 CEST 	Successful login to the Integration Server for user OV/av on port 8443 -> 'WmRoot/index.dsp' from 10.32.10.2 	esbprod.xxx:5550 	10.32.10.2 	SYSTEM 	AUTHENTICATION

I can log in with the same user to the MWS. So LDAP is working.

Looks like authentication is working, but not authorization.
I’ve installed 2 other servers before, where everything worked fine.

What’s wrong?

Hi,

Check that you don’t have the same user defined in the IS.

Check if the user is matched to a MWS role with sufficient permissions in the IS.

Check the WmMonitor page settings in the IS.
