Cannot start common directory service because IS was started before MWS

We upgraded MWS 9.6 to MWS 9.8 and after that we upgraded IS from 9.6 to 9.8.

However we are still able to see below message in error log. We have also configured centralUser functional pool alias.

Error message: [POP.005.0040] Cannot start common directory service because IS was started before MWS. Complete the MWS upgrade, which includes starting MWS, before performing the IS upgrade, which includes starting IS. See the upgrade guide for correct order"

Current IS Version: 9.8 and Fix: IS_Core Fix 5
Current MWS Version is 9.8

Hi,

was MWS 9.8 ever started after the migration?
This should complete the migration of the DB schema, which is neccessary to successfully start IS with CentralUser Management.

Is the IS JDBC Pool MWS pointing to the correct database schema?
