Cannot reconnect client

We are getting continuously this error

Exception while invoking ‘Monitoring.services.broker:getISBrokerStatistics’: Error while loading properties from config file - Cannot reconnect client ‘J_jRQtEolDEurgAVIwwwADXaZQs__Oracle.ScopeChangeOrder.trigger_receiveSCOBatches_new’. Another process is already connected to the Broker and is using this client.

This must be a trigger, can you disable and enable the trigger. Also share the complete error message.

i have disable and enabled the trigger but i got same issue.

Can you share the complete error message from the logs;

BTW how did you disable/enable the trigger?
