Hi Reena,
Package WmTNWeb has been deprecated after wM 7.1 and was removed meanwhile.
You might want to check the Trading Networks Built-In-Services Reference for the Profile Folder if there is a matching service.
As TN Administration is now done via MWS (TN UI) you might want to check for TN Administrators Guide as well.
