When EDI comes to TN , TN persists those data into TNData base. Can any one pls tel me which service does TN uses to persist these data.

Probably it internally uses wm.tn.doc.persist service to store bizdocs in TNDB.
BT,curious what are you trying to do?? Inventing same wheel??
