Attachment over 5KB not allowed

I am trying to add an attachment at the size of 48KB, but I get “Sorry, you have reached your maximum Upload Quota Limit of 5 KB”

Is that an error?

I’ve upped the quota limit for attachments to 50KB, please try again.

Now I am trying to add an another attachment at the size of 76KB, sow how I get “Sorry, you have reached your maximum Upload Quota Limit of 50 KB”

Can you increase my limit again?
