Hi
I installed Tamino 4.1.4 on Linux (RedHat 9).
When i access Tamino Manager and click on Tamino in the LHS to try to expand the tree, i get the above error (i can however click on “System management hub” or “extended transport service” and expand those parts of the tree without problems).
Any ideas?
thanks
Jason
I’ve reinstalled Tamino and the base technologies, and the problem still occurs.
The first evidence that anything has gone wrong is in the install log for INO:

I get the same error if i try running that command myself.
All i know about this from the documentation is the following:
ARG2010 ? Error writing to pipe
Probable Cause:
* The write operation to a pipe for passing parameters to an agent failed.
Possible Solution:
* This is an internal error produced by the CSLayer server (argsrv) in the system call “write”. Try to continue or re-start the server and if the error persists, contact support.
I have re-started the daemons (inc argsrv) and the error persists.
Any ideas appreciated…
thanks

RedHat 8 works better. (I know - neither 9 nor 8 are officially supported).
cheers,
