Any way to monitor Queue or Topic

Hi All,

Is there anyway, we can monitor documents queued in UM Queue or Topic and throw an Alert if its stuck for more than threshold time?

Please check this following old threads and it seems like have to depend on some custom API calls or CC to monitor the queues.
