Hi Guys
I got a requirement to trigger a alert based on a Attribute which holds character as ‘POSITIVE’ or ‘NEGATIVE’.
But, when i tried with the KPI, Event and Threshold rule, all handling only numerical values. Since, iam a beginner in Optimize, unable to crack down this.
please, guide me , how to trigger alerts based on character rather than numerical attributes.
