I’ve been trying to compress the employees demo file attached into the demodb directory created during the ADABAS installation. The things is when I executed the ADACMP utility i received the following messages: “CMPIN - Unexpected end of file”. I already assign the values of each ADACMP environment variables CMPDTA, CMPDVT, CMPERR, CMPFDT, CMPIN, FDUFDT. The setting of the CMPIN variable is emp.cmpin.
I really appreciate the help that some of you could give me.
