Access denied for user GatewayInternalTechnicalUser on port 5566

Hi All

I have installed API Gateway on Linux and when i tried login into the api gate way its throwing “The username/password you entered is invalid”. Below is the error message in the IS server log.

Could you please share which version and fix of API Gateway you are using ?
Is this is 10.3 , please check the below in your system :
1.WmAPIGateway package is completely loaded.
2.The package execute ACL is set as ‘Default’.
2. 'GatewayInternalTechnicalUser ’ is present in IS user list. If not please add the user and try again.

Can you please share the logs from “SAG_Directory\InternalDataStore\logs\SAG_EventDataStore.log” and please let me know your product version.

Hi Henry ,

The issue regarding ‘Access denied for user GatewayInternalTechnicalUser’ has been fixed in API Gateway 10.3 Fix 9. Can you please apply the fix using Software AG Update manager and see if it resolves the issue.
