In processing rules we have used immediate Delivery, how to identify the service in developer which has been registered through register service.

Execute the service wm.tn.delivery:getRegisteredServices to get a list of all services registered for delivery in TN.
Does the immediate delivery service if chosen as a primary https or any inbuilt service, after the delivery, update the TN userstatus to DONE ?
I see that the partner is sending a success and a 200OK message but the transaction in TN remains with NULL user status.
There are two type of status that comes into picture here.
Processing Status and User Status.
Processing Status will be set automatically by system in case of sucess.
For User Status you need to define and set the value in Processing rule then i it will be visible in Transactions Page.
