WmSAP adapter 7.1 connectivity using SAP Router for S/4HANA on-prem hosted on 3rd party cloud

Hello All,

I am trying to check connectivity with SAP S/4HANA on-prem edition hosted on Azure cloud using WmSAP adapter 7.1.
In the first phase i was able to establish connectivity with IS and S/4HANA systems.

Now I need to use SAP router to communicate with S/4HANA.

Can anyone suggest how to configure SAP router settings in the SAP adapter connection settings?
A good example will help me a lot.

Also please share in case any special attention is required to some specific attributes.
