SAP Webmethods - Message server connectivity issue

Hi,
We are getting intermittent connectivity issue between webMethods SAP adapter and SAP message server. We are getting below error at irregular intervals.

[ART.117.4012] Adapter Runtime (Adapter Service): Unable to run adapter service. Error occurred when connecting to resource app.sap.connection:TEST.
[ART.118.5053] Adapter Runtime (Connection): Unable to get a connection to resource app.sap.connection:Test.
[SAP.102.9000] JCo error: (102) RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION - Connect to message server failed Connect_PM MSHOST=, R3NAME=CM3, GROUP=PUBLIC

We are using webMethods 7.1.2 and SAP adapter 6.5 version.
SAP Connection configured is Up and fine without any issue, also we are not getting any exceptional in SAP adater logs as well.

SAP team confirm that there is no issue with message server. Some other partner (not webMethods) which connect to SAP message server dont have any issue. Also firewall team dont see any packets loss from webMethods to SAP message server: Connectivity is fine.

Please suggest solution to resolve this error ASAP as this is causing some PO failure in production.

Did you check the RFC destination both sides configured properly (programId) and gateway and encoding on SAP side etc…?

Did you have all the JCO3 files configured with SAP Adapter?
