I dont find wmcommunicate package installed in my 8x server , where can we get it.

What is the use of Wmcommunicate package? For what it is used for?
Contact SoftwareAG to get it I think you will get this package with Communicate Server.
WmCommunicate package connects to aninstance of Communicate Server which executes the communication functions. It must be connected to the telephony networkand/or the internet to send/receive calls andSMS. Access to various telephony protocolsis done via an Aculab Prosody X card.It is generally used in conjuction with BPM or CAF applications.
