webMethods ESB upgrade from 10.5 version to 10.11 version

Hi,
For webMethods ESB upgrade from 10.5 version to 10.11 version, we are trying to understand the upgrade path and complexity of it. Appreciate if you have any pointers to below.

1. Is there in-place upgrade from 10.5 to 10.11 version ?
2. If in-place upgrade approach is available then what are the pros/cons?
3. how complex is to deal with deprecated items from 10.5 to 10.11 ?
4. Any lessons learnt/challenges from 10.5 to 10.11version upgrade would help our analysis ?
