webmethods 9.8 version supports upto which latest version of Oracle DB?

Hi,

webMethods 9.8 version supports upto which latest version of Oracle DB? Currently we are planning to migrate from 11g to 12c.
What are the changes we need to perform as part of migration like jars update, ojdbc, JDK, drivers update.
