I have a webservice provider on IS server. I send a webservice request from SoapUI 4.0 and XMLSpy 2011, and the response has SOAP-FAULT:

faultstring=[ISS.0088.9163] Could not retrieve WSDL for service , WSD not found.

Why do I get this error?
You may get this error if the endpoint is not correct.
I also get the same error but the endpoint is correct. When we de-activate and activate the same API. It starts working.

you might want to try a new post with referring to this quite old one.
I assume that you are using a newer wM version as well as a newer SoapUI version.
Please provide some more details about your envrionment and versions being used in the new post.
