We moved to linux environment.View document in transaction analysis is not working.Usually a window with details pop’s up When we double click a particular transaction in TN .This is not happening in 8.2 TN.Please advise.Thank you in advance.

Are you seeing any errors in the IS logs or it’s just not pops up/not showing details via TN console8.2 (deprecated)?
Also have you ever tried via MWS portal–>Monitoring–>B2B—>Transactions page?

In that case please open a ticket with SAG support…I would say future going to be via MWS and try this setup also:
