Hi All,
When exporting event/VFS, for example I will export the Event from DEV and import it to QA, is there a way to automatically update all the DEV details to QA? By this, I can import it immediately to QA and will not do the manual updates to convert DEV details to QA details.
Example is the sender file directory:
When exporting from DEV: /data/folder_dev/event
Expected result upon exporting to QA: /data/folder_qa/event
Do you get any error messages? Please provide a full error message screenshot and log file.
While exporting assets from an ActiveTransfer environment, we do not have a provision to update values of a certain asset configuration.
However, once exported, the exported asset file can be updated manually before importing to the target environment.
For example:
When exporting for DEV: if you have an asset referring to this location: /data/folder_dev/event
Before importing to QA: Update this value in the exported asset file to: /data/folder_qa/event
This way we can avoid updating the assets in the application.
