If you define a schema in Tamino and store (i.e. process) a document with that doctype in this collection, it is validated against the schema.
But perhaps that wasn’t what you meant ?

Problem found! I created collection with xml Oxygen tool and there was option on schema usage → optional and not required as it should be.
