User unable to access one of the PKG service URL

The user is unable to login to the url of one pkg service
What can be the reason?

Any ACL or permissions to be checked to provide access ?

Its a custom DSP, check .access file located under \pub in BAIExtracter

While creating topic its good to hide the client host-name and port details for security reasons.

i dint see any .access file under pub.

Any pkg acl need to be checked?

It must exist where PncBaiExtracter.dsp file is present.
