Is it possible to upgrade directly from wM IS 9.5.1 to 10.1 and does it require any rework of configurations, service definitions/mappings or database contents? Is an intermediate upgrade to 9.12 or another stepping stone release needed for a smooth transition? A customer has over 200 services on IS 9.5.1 and wants to minimize re-work and risk for the upgrade.
