Unable to open Webmethods MWS server 10.5

Dear Team, Currently we are facing an issue in bringing the MWS Server up. The webMethods version we are using in 10.5. Steps followed to bring MWS Server up is Navigated to location: SoftwareAG\MWS\bin . And executed the script startup.bat. The server did not come up.
