Hi.

I am investigating the operation of “Pending Approvals” at Centrasite
after a user request to get API Access token.

When I click the “Pending Approvals” at Centrasite (attached file),
the following error is shown.

(TypeError) description: Unable to get property ‘length’ of undefined or null reference number: -2146823281: Unable to get property ‘length’ of undefined or null reference

I already checked KB#1763140 & #1764656 but I could not resolved.

If you know anything to resolve, please sincerely tell.

Can you restart the CAST component and then verify the pending approval details from CentraSite Business UI

You did not mention that which version of CentraSite server.

Today, I restarted all the related services of CentraSite, API-Portal & IS, etc.
as this attached screen shot. However, I still got the same error.

Please sincerely tell me about “the CAST component” in detail.
How can I restart the CAST component?

You did not mention that which version of CentraSite server.

I’m using the version of 9.10.
