Unable to get metadata - URGENT

I am getting the below error message while i was posting data to SAP system.
Any suggestions how to fix this issue.

Try to do a look up for IDOC from SAPAdapter home page → lookup → IDOC by name.

If you are not able to load metadata, check with SAP team, if the user configured in the connection has access to fetch metadata of IDOC.

Or try to download the IDOC using Developer. It would confirm if you have access to fetch metadata from SAP to wM
