Unable to determine conversation id

Hi,

I am facing the below problem when the trading partner is sending an EDI document.
When the documents are being submitted on to TN from VAN Queue, the conversation is not coming in BizDoc.

I getting the below error:

Error EDI for TN Unable to determine conversation id[EDIFTN.000010.000212]

I have recreated the document type and entered the instance ID query.
Could anybody help me here.

Can you provide your EDI file? that will help in understading the problem

I resolved the issue by reinstaliing the EDI documement template and redefining the instance query on EDI admin home page.
