UM server CPU usage suddenly increases and slows down the processing.

Hi ,

We are observing a very strange behaviour in universal messaging. its installed on Linux server. The CPU usage increases suddenly and the processing starts to slow down. when we restart the UM the CPU usage as well as the processing goes back to normal.

I also noticed that this server has no activity in the JVM GC stats graph for this server.

few memory level setting in the Server_Common.conf file are as below.
=-XX:MaxDirectMemorySize=4G

wrapper.java.initmemory=8192
wrapper.java.maxmemory=12192

On checking the load and transaction volume its almost same as any other day.

Hi Deepak, What version are you running and are you on the latest fix level? Is the client Integration Server or another application?

HI Deepak,

could you please let us know the version. in addition, check the .mem file size. is it draining down automatically or is it increasing?
