I don´t think there is a standalone trial version of Command Central, you can download BPM Trial Suite which should contain a command central part.

Check in the Community in the Download section.

Command Central does not offer a ‘trial’ version. A fully functional production version is available for free to all customers.
If you have access to the download page you can download Command Central bootstrap installer from it

Alternatively, you can download Command Central docker image from DockerStore which is available to all
