Trading Networks does not start

Hi everybody,

since today our trading Networks does not work.
after entering user + password we get a grey screen.
the connection over browser also doesn’t work.

Any idea?



Hello Dennis,

Try increasing the log level to 10 of the IS. Then try to open the console again. Check the error.log and audit.log (Search for fail). One of the reasons why the TN login could fail is that, the DB connection which it maintains to the database may be lost. In such a case, you may have to restart the IS.
