Error while connecting TN as Iam new to TN.

Hi

Could anyone of you help me in resolving this error as Iam a newbie to Trading Networks.
a)
TRNSERV.000012.000114
Could not get profile summary (username=Administrator).

java.lang.IllegalStateException
The main connection to the datastore has not been initialized. Check the Trading Networks JDBC connection pool.
while connecting by unchecking the
Use secure connection and
use proxy server.

b) when i check the ‘Use secure connection’ it throw the following error

Error Message: [TRNCONS.000001.000003]
ErrorConnecting to server
Check that server specification is correct and that server is running and accessible.

pls check the JDBC connection pools in IS admin page.

I have checked in JDBC connection pools, There is nothing error. Could anyone suggest me how to start into that once after installation.
