I’ve just installed the TN on IS.But in the IS Admin there is no group called TNAdministrator, 'coz of which I’m not able to connect to TN.I’m using 4.6.
any help would be highly appreciated.

Check if you have WmTN, WmTNSamples and WmTNWeb packages also.
I have the same problem: TNAdministrator group is not there. How did you fix it?
