TN server not starting priority

Hi,
When the logging setting are set to 10 the following statement keeps on reapparing and the server doesnot start.
Adapter Runtime (Notification): Notification Manager waiting on Integration Server initialization.
I tried reinstalling the TN server. But even that does not seems to work.
The TN database should not be a problem as we have another server which is connecting to the same database and TN is working fine there.

Hi,

I ran the entire database scripts for TN. I had to take a backup of the existing tables before doing so. That should help.
