It’s said Tamino for Redhat Enterprise Server. Can I install it on a standard RedHat Linux installation instead of “Enterprise”?

you could try on your own risk. Technically speaking it should work, if you have a binary compatible Linux Version.
You may encounter Problems running the installation at the time the Operating System is checked. No workaround here.
What you definitely will not have is support and maintenance for a Operating System Version that is not officially supported!
