session getting timed out

IS session is getting timeout frequently from designer. Is there any parameters need to be set in the designer.

IS version - 9.8.


As per my knowledge there is no parameter or setting in Designer preferences but what I think it can be a network issue and hence the designer disconnects from IS.

Can you share the logs to see if that can help in further investigation.

Both are in same system. let me check and provide the logs as well.

This issue got resolved by changing the below setting in designer.

Login in to Designer → Preferences → General → Network Connections → Active Providers. If Active providers set as Manual/Native, Please set this as ‘Direct’ .
