server initialization problem

Hi,

while starting the Integration Server I am getting the below error,

Db:audit\data\AuditStore.com.wm.util.coder.InvalidDatatypeException:[ISC.0076.9009] Root element is null

at com.wm.util.coder.XMLCoder.decodexmlcoder.java:280
at com.wm.uti.coder.Coder.redFromFilecoder.java:140

after this statement process is coming out.

Can any body hel me on this issue…

If it is not a Live / Production Environment then Bring down the IS first and delete all the files under

<is_dir>/audit/data/*
<is_dir>/WmRepository2/*
<is_dir>/WmRepository4/*
<is_dir>/DocumentStore/*
<is_dir>/XAStore/*
<is_dir>/datastore/*

This will reset the IS and now If you restart the problem should not occur

Hi,

i am restarting the IS and [ISS.0024.0005C] Could not read users.cnf (the file may be corrupt) getting the message while restarting.
Can any one help me how to resolve this problem?

copy the users.cnf from IntegrationServer/config/backup to IntegrationServer/config and restart IS.
