IS is not comming up

Hi ALL,

Can you please help me out from the below issue…

When i tried to start the IS, it got hunged at Package Manager started .
The below is Server log it is showing…

can any one please help me to bring the server up…

[SIZE=2][COLOR=#0000ff][SIZE=2][COLOR=#0000ff]This is fixes now.
We had to delete publishers.cnf and subscribers.cnf file from <>/config/ and <>/config/backup directories and start the IS again.
