i ran into the exact same problem. i believe this is a bug in the adapter code. the error i could see is java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: sapInitIpTableData. this is the debug stmt printed at COM.activesw.adapter.sap.SapRfcInAdapter.sapInitIpTableData(SapRfcInAdapter.java:170).
the fix is to install the latest service packs for sap adapters 411. there are two service packs you can download, ESAP411SP1 and ESAP411SP2. during the install, you will notice that new librfc32.dll and rfccjni.dll etc are included in the service pack. i think they basically fixed the problem.
give it a try. if it still doesn’t work, you may want to open a support ticket with webmethod.
