SAP Adapter 7.1 Jco Error

I am facing the following error when SAP is trying to send IDOC to webMethods. I have created a routing notification to invoke a service.

webMethods - 8.0
Sap adapter - 7.1
JCO version - 3.0.8
IDOC library version - 3.0.7

Did you restart server after configuring SAP Adapter with JCO3 files in the classpath?

Also you must have to troubleshoot with BASIS team closer especially the unicode/programID settings (RFC destination) and resolve it:

HTH,
RMg

Yes, I restarted the server. It still doesn’t work. I wonder what this means though
[SAP.0102.0001D] [JCoRFC] dispatchRequest caught an application error: com/sap/conn/idoc/jco/JCoIDocDocumentList

Not sure what that means.

But did you make sure all the listener configuration/gateway service is correct and default routing listener enabled?

What is your OS?

Also check this Empower article if it helps:

KB#1734425 (webMethods SAP Adapter - SAP adapter looking for class in wrong path.)

HTH,
RMG

Yes, the RFC listener notification works fine. I am facing this issue with the routing notification. My OS is windows 2008 server. I will look up that article as well. Thanks for your valuable inputs.

How about Listener setup etc… any thing missing from BASIS side or wM side?

Basicall you need to troubleshoot internally with BASIS or SAP support just in case:
