Role of /MWS/server/default/temp folder

What is the role of temp folder for MWS. Getting the below exceptions in WM8.2 as -

com.webMethods.caf.wsclient.proxy.impl.WSClientDynamicProxy: Failed to bind to endPoint: file://apps/dev/webMethods/wm01/MWS/server/default/temp/WSClient143906146/temp_619455121/service.wsdl and interface: interface file://apps/dev/webMethods/wm01/MWS/server/default/temp/WSClient143906146/temp_619455121/service.wsdl
Failed to bind to endPoint:

Can any one help me on this?
