Reset the counter everyday at 11.30 pm in CEST time zone.

Do you get any error messages? Please provide a full error message screenshot and log file.

Here is the counter that should be reset every day at 11.30 pm CEST time.
We are using Cron Timer for reset. Do we have take UTC time of CEST for configuring the Hours, minute, seconds of Cron Timer or Can we confgiure the Hours,minute,seconds of Cron Timer with CEST time zone

The cron timer block uses the timezone with which the apama-ctrl microservice is running, which in most cases is UTC. So you will have to use UTC times here.
