Currently X-Node only seems to support ODBC which severly limits the usefulness of it for those of us who do not use MS operating systems. What I would really like to see is a JDBC form of X-Node. This would allow it to work on many more platforms and increase the funtionality a lot. Also it would be nice if I could use X-Node to connect to a data source which was not a RDBMS, for instance an LDAP enabled system.
