REPTOR and WCP Communication

How do REPTOR (Replicator Engine) and WCP (Entire Net-Work) communicate?

Both are using different SVCs (214 and 242).

WCP is using TCP/IP for ART only (EntireX or MQSeries).

Different SVC’s and no TCP/IP. How can they communicate?
From SVC214 to SVC242?

Can someone please explain?
