I see the below message logged repeatedly in IS server.log file. Can someone please let me know where we need to configure this property?

“Configure B2B_PAYLOAD_STORE environment variable properly”

Installing the latest fixes available usually fixes these problems and its recommended by SoftwareAG to patch your environment on monthly basis.

Please install TNS_10.15_Fix5 (at least fix level 5 or greater, latest is recommended) for this issues. Please review the release notes and apply necessary steps as needed while you proceed.
