Hello,

does remote access work on eu-latest server?
We can´t create the tunnel. connection get close after websocket upgrade.
On eu-latest server we have remote-access version 1.6.0.
On our own server we have remote-access version 1018.0.281. Which one is uptodate? On our server the tunnel get established. I can´t find different settings. Are there restrictions on eu-latest?

Hi Helmut,

1.6.0 should be the latest as eu-latest is running the latest CI-release.
What in detail are you doing via remote access? For me it is working as expected. Tested SSH

Cloud remote access is running fine on this environment currently.

I see several disconnects in the logs because the device did not connect within the 30 seconds timeout. This should also be documented as failure reason in the Cloud Remote connect operations created for the respective device.
