Regarding installation

Hi,
I am not able to install the webMethods free trial version as I am getting this error. The error is as follows:

  reg query failed .
  The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value.

   Can you please tell me what has gone wrong and suggest a solution for this?

Can you please provide me the verbose log for the installation.
If it is not available , please create it and attach it here.
