pub.sap.transport.ALE.OutboundProcess ends with timeout received from SAP side.

Dear colleagues,

In the past weeks we are struggling with a major issue on our productive environment. After a recent maintenance window, most of the IDOC transfers to SAP end with timeout. The transactions remain in Created state on our side.

Below you have a sample log:

We have gathered all of our teams from webMethods, SAP basis, Networking, Unix and we could not find any network issues.

Our IS has below version:

Product webMethods Integration Server
Version 9.9.0.0
Updates TNS_9.9_Fix7
IS_9.9_Core_Fix26
IS_9.9_SPM_Fix4

Have you ever encounter such issues? If so can you please let us know how you solved them?

Best regards,
Oliver

Hi Oliver,

This should be raised under adapter subforum. Also you might want to provide error, server log and also rfc trace or cpic log for someone to look into it.

Alternatively please raise a ticket to SAG for assistance.

Hello,
We are also facing the same issue. Did you find some solution for this?

Thanks,
Pradeep
